Prices vary depending on size, design, and materials. Standard items are listed in our catalog, and we’re happy to provide free quotes for custom builds.

Our standard catalog consists mostly of Douglas fir and 29 gauge galvanized steel siding. All fasteners are exterior rated. We burn seal most pieces but recommend the owner to follow up with a sealer or stain to ensure the products last for decades. Use of special materials available at the price associated with their use. i.e. Redwood, Pressure Treated, etc.

Yes! We offer local delivery (150miles), and for customers outside our delivery zone, we can coordinate pickup or shipping depending on the size of the order.

The design portion can very depending on how clear your vision is for the project. Once it is finalized, most custom orders are completed within 2 weeks. We will give you a timeline and keep you informed each step of the way.

When an order is placed and confirmed, most are completed within 1 week.

Of course! While we typically encourage the customer to experiment and stain on their own to keep our costs down, we absolutely can do it for you at a marginal increase in price.
